- Our office and warehouse are based in Finland. We provide the details for handing over or receiving a specific parcel after agreeing on your request.
- Can I use your services while living outside Finland?
- Yes. We review purchase assistance and parcel receiving enquiries for customers abroad. Shipping eligibility for a specific item and destination is confirmed individually. For standard parcel delivery, use the destinations available in the order form.
- What is the difference between purchase assistance and a parcel address?
- Purchase assistance helps you buy the product itself. A Finnish parcel address is for purchases you order yourself after agreeing with us on receipt in Finland and onward forwarding.
