Prohibited items
It is prohibited to send weapons, ammunition, drugs, radioactive substances, animals, and plants through FinPost Express. Russia has additional restrictions on electronics, microchips, industrial equipment, and luxury goods worth more than €300. The full list of prohibited items can be found on the Delivery Rules page. EMS delivery from Finland
EMS is express delivery of postal items through Finland Post. Delivery to Moscow and Saint Petersburg takes 10 to 16 business days when sent via EMS, and 10 to 24 business days by standard method. For other cities in Russia, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the region. EMS is available for delivery to Russia only — standard delivery is used for other CIS countries.
