The quote depends on the destination, item, actual and dimensional weight, size and packing. Standard parcel checkout rates do not set the price for purchase assistance or use of a Finnish address.

Questions about worldwide delivery from Finland

Can I buy from Finland if the store does not ship to my country?: Yes. Choose purchase assistance and a personal shopper, or arrange a Finnish address for an order you place yourself. Once the purchase is received in Finland, we arrange onward international shipment.
Are purchase assistance and a parcel address only for CIS destinations?: No. These are international services for customers in countries around the world. Share your destination and product for an individual quote.
Can you forward an item I have already purchased?: Yes. Agree on the address and receiving arrangements before ordering retailer delivery. If your parcel is already with you in Finland, tell us the contents, weight, size and destination.
How long does international shipping take?: We estimate delivery for your country and shipping method. Timing depends on the address, route and customs clearance; we explain the estimate when agreeing on the shipment.
